We are Waterford Retirement Village

At the helm of our village is Director Mark Kamper, a down-to-earth sheep and cattle farmer from Bathurst. Mark considers the personal touch essential and regularly visits Waterford, engaging with residents and ensuring he meets any newcomers - 'so they know we are real people - not a big corporation’.

In 2001, Mark, along with a group of long-time business colleagues and friends, founded Waterford with a vision beyond mere village living. Their goal was to establish a quality, friendly community that enables residents to lead enjoyable and fulfilling lives by offering a comfortable living environment with a strong sense of community. They take great pride in having achieved this objective.
