Australia Day Celebrations
Our Australia Day celebrations kicked off with the 2024 Waterford Australian of the Year, who did a fantastic job leading us into the national anthem. His way with words truly entertained us all.
The lounge was prepared beautifully, looking all Aussie Aussie Aussie, creating the perfect atmosphere for the day’s festivities.
The celebration was filled with fun activities including darts, quoits, thong throwing, and corn hole, followed by a relaxing picnic. Well done to the winners of each game for their impressive performances!
We also named our 2025 Waterford Australian of the Year, selected for her outstanding contributions to the enjoyment of the community over the past 10 years. A big congratulations to her!
All in all, it was another memorable day at Waterford! Aussie Aussie Aussie!
